ABOUT US
Transition Cheltenham is a group of neighbors intent on building a strong, healthy, sustainable community using renewable, non-polluting resources. The Transition Towns concept started in England, and now is a global forum sharing best practices in energy, health, nutrition, gardening, economy and other areas.By raising awareness of sustainability issues and by accessing the wisdom, talents and strengths of our neighbors, we seek to inspire, support, connect, train and empower one another, building a cohesive local network, and inspiring others to do the same.
Learn More about the Transition Towns concept here .We meet currently in the Cheltenham / Abington area monthly, hold monthly events and speak or present at a variety of other venues. Our group invites you to join in and become a spoke in the wheel of progress. Contact Us or visit more of our pages here to see what Cheltenham, PA residents are up to or read Beverly's Blog
