Founded early in 1999 by John McCarty
this group grew in number of
players and level of experience over the next few years with vocalists and acoustic players who shared the love
of country and bluegrass music, with a little folk, celtic or pop thrown in once
in a while. In August
2002, John took to the road for a wonderful
adventure, criss-crossing the country - ( perhaps.... like
Johnny Appleseed .....starting Slow Jam sessions wherever he goes!
) We miss him, his warm encouraging leadership, his banjo and
harmonicas ... but will look forward to his visits when he
returns briefly here & there . (Click

continue ! Merging with the Play
In A Round Society and meeting the same time same place -with only a
