#1  The messages to muscles are interrupted, each of us has a different cause, try all therapies to see which works - this may lead you to discovery of your cause. 

#2 Symptoms caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae.  Can be tested for it.

#3 -  Signals probably malfunctioning. Stress and injury both make it more severe.

#4 - Hemochromatosis symptoms are the same
